Why do I need to provide my card at the moment of check-in?

Hotels place a temporary hold on your credit card for incidentals (like room service, minibar, or damages) as a standard policy. Don’t worry — if the room is well kept and no extra charges are made, the hold is released after check-out. This is standard across all hotels and just ensures everything runs smoothly during your stay.


Please note: Incidentals are not charged by Crewfare. The amount of the deposit may vary depending on the hotel’s policy.
