When a reservation is made through Crewfare, we assume full responsibility for that reservation. All Crewfare policies apply without exception.

  • All communications, inquiries, or requests regarding reservations must be directed exclusively to Crewfare.

  • Communication with hotel staff regarding payments, refunds, cancellations, or room changes will not be considered valid.

  • Crewfare is not responsible for any information provided by hotel representatives about your reservation.

This policy ensures efficient reservation management and improves our operational effectiveness. It applies to all Crewfare reservations without exception.
