If you choose to use our payment plan (when available), which allows you to pay in installments for an additional fee, please note the following:

  • If a payment installment is declined, we may attempt to process it two more times using the same payment method.

  • If both subsequent attempts fail, the reservation will be canceled, and all standard cancellation terms will apply.

For international guests, the payment schedule will display the amount in your local currency using an estimated conversion rate. Please keep in mind:

  • The displayed conversion is only an estimate.

  • Before completing your purchase, confirm with your bank the actual conversion fee or any foreign transaction fees that may apply.

  • Crewfare® is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank.

  • All conversion fees are non-refundable.
