Changes

No changes are allowed unless explicitly stated in the room description. This includes changing dates, adding guests, or making other modifications. Please make sure your reservation details are correct before booking.

  • If your booking allows changes, you can make them via the “Manage Reservations” tab up to two weeks before your check-in date. A $25 service fee applies for changes made during this period.

  • After this timeframe, changes cannot be made through the tab. However, our customer service team can assist you.

    • All changes requested through customer service are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

    • A fee applies for changes made through customer service.
