I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Order confirmation emails can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Order confirmations will be sent to the email address you used to order with. 


If you have not received your Crewfare® confirmation email after 24 hours of completing your booking, and you have checked your spam folder, please contact our support team to request a copy of your confirmation email.
