Why doesn't the hotel have my reservation on file?

Not to worry! If you have received your Crewfare confirmation code via email, your room is reserved. The confirmation number that Crewfare provides is different than the one the hotel has on file. The hotel reservation code will be emailed to you closer to the event. If you need any assistance with your reservation in the meantime, please contact our support team.

Crewfare Confirmation Code vs. Hotel Reservation Number

The Crewfare confirmation code guarantees your order, secures your travel dates, reserves your selected room type at the hotel you chose, and is sent to you immediately after completing the Crewfare transaction. The hotel will NOT have this on file.

The Hotel reservation code will be sent to your email prior to your travel date.
